Ptotic (Droopy) Breast Augmentation / Breast Implants Before and After Pictures

When the breast is ptotic (droopy), a breast lift may be necessary. However, if the drooping is not too severe, breast augmentation may be done without a breast lift. In that case, the breast will still be a little droopy after surgery. However, if the woman is willing to accept that, she will likely be very happy with the result. If not, she can always have a breast lift as a second procedure.
